Thank you office staff! My girlfriend and I have enjoyed 5yrs at The Ellis. Transitioning from renting to owning has had its bumps in the road, one of which has been switching over our mail. The process of mail forwarding is slower and more complex than one might think and the office staff has made a difficult situation, easier to navigate. During the confusing weeks our mail was in forwarding limbo, the leasing office was quite understanding and allowed us to have access to the mailbox and our wayward mail still. Even though all mail was NOT being forwarded, the nice ladies in the office helped us retrieve some very important documents before they would have been ‘return to sender’, saving additional weeks of rigmarole. My girlfriend and I are grateful and will not forget! Keep up the good work and thank you for the good years.
