Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, renter’s insurance is required. Residents must add the management company as an “additional interested party” on their insurance policy. Contact the leasing team for more information.
Yes! You will be provided a login to the RentCafe Resident Portal where you can pay your rent.
Yes, our community welcomes your furry friend! There is a one-time non-refundable of $300.00 per pet with a limit of 2 pets per apartment home. While we love all animals, certain breeds are restricted. These include: Tosa Inu/Ken, American Bandogge, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Boer Boel, Gull Dong, Basenji, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Fila Brasiliero, Wolf Hybrid, Caucasian Oucharka, Alaskan Malamutes, Kangal, German Shepherd, Shepherd, Chow, Spitz, Akita, Reptiles, Rabbits, and Pot-Bellied Pigs. Mixed breeds containing these bloodlines are also restricted.
Security deposits vary based on application acceptance.
Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Residents are responsible for all utilities. Additional monthly fees apply.
Parking is first come, first serve with no fees.
When you are ready to apply, please have the following documents for a smoother application process: U.S. Government issued Photo ID (drivers license or passport) and proof of employment such as paycheck stubs or an official offer letter. A rental, criminal, and background check will be processed through a 3rd party agency.
To lease an apartment home, your gross monthly income must be 2.5x the monthly rent. For example: the apartment home you’d like to lease is $1000.00 per month. To satisfy the income portion of the application, your proof of income must show a monthly gross income of $2500.00.
